A free 5-day EFT experience to help women with osteoporosis release fear, soften pressure, and begin feeling safe in their bodies again.
You're doing the supplements, the exercise, the nutrition. You're following the protocol.
And underneath all of it, there is still fear, pressure, uncertainty, and the quiet feeling that your body let you down.
This free experience was created for that part of the journey.
Completely Free · Limited SpotsFive days. Five guided tap-along videos. Edie in your corner while you do the inner work that makes healing possible.
Starts August 3. Your email is your registration.
Self-paced — not a live call. Each day you'll get a private link from Edie with that day's content inside the community.
Most osteoporosis support focuses on what to do. Take the supplements. Lift the weights. Eat the protein. Improve your sleep. Ask your doctor the right questions.
All of that matters.
But there is another side of the journey that rarely gets talked about: What it feels like to live in a body you suddenly don't trust.
The fear. The pressure. The uncertainty. The hypervigilance. The quiet sense that your body let you down.
That's the part this experience was created for.
Healing doesn't just happen through more information. It happens when your body begins to feel safe enough to receive the support you're already giving it.
No EFT experience needed. No cost. Just five days of guided inner work — and a community of women going through the same thing.
One short email each morning, August 3–7, with a coaching thought from Edie and a link to that day's content inside the community.
Watch and tap along with Edie on your own time. Each video comes with a downloadable EFT script — yours to keep and return to anytime.
A private group just for women with osteoporosis. Post questions, celebrate wins, connect with others. Edie checks in daily — group support, not 1:1.
All five videos are available inside the community when you join. Your daily email guides you through one at a time — so you can go at your own pace.
A video walkthrough of the tapping points and a PDF guide covering the science, what to expect, and how to prepare. A quick watch and read. By the end, you'll feel ready.
The fear that arrived with the diagnosis — and has lived in your body ever since. The fear of fracture, of losing ground, of not doing enough, of what comes next. We begin to lift it together.
The pressure to do every part of your protocol perfectly — the nutrition, the supplements, the movement, the sleep. Your body can't heal when your nervous system is bracing. You don't have to be perfect to make progress.
Your body is on your side. This session helps you feel that. And as that feeling grows, so does your sense of safety — in your body, in this process, in yourself.
A closing tap-along and integration session. You came in carrying fear, pressure, and the weight of this diagnosis. You're leaving with something different. More peace. More trust. More connected to the body you're learning to heal with.
Stress management isn't just a nice-to-have. It directly affects bone physiology. EFT can reduce cortisol — and when cortisol drops, you're not just feeling better. You're literally creating better conditions for bone to rebuild.
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a clinically researched method that combines gentle tapping on acupressure points with focused statements on the emotion, thought, or circumstance that's weighing on you. It works directly with the nervous system to interrupt the stress response.
Chronically elevated cortisol increases bone breakdown and decreases bone formation. It can disrupt sleep and impair nutrient absorption.
When your nervous system is more regulated, your body gets more of what it needs to rebuild. This is what "safe enough to heal" means.
Most bone health programs give you the protocol — the habits, the nutrition, the supplements. All of it matters. And all of it works more effectively when your body isn't in a heightened state of stress. This is the inner work that lets the rest of the protocol do its job.

"I came in overwhelmed and honestly a little skeptical. What I didn't expect was how much lighter I'd feel — not just about my diagnosis, but about everything. Edie has a way of making the hardest things feel manageable. I left each tapping session calmer, clearer, and actually hopeful."— Private EFT Client
These are from private EFT clients who have worked with Edie.
"I've experienced more growth and healing in a handful of EFT sessions than I did in years of traditional talk therapy. I white-knuckled through tough things for years... now I feel lighter."— M.R.
"I wasn't sure my 'issues' warranted this kind of work — but just that one session knocked a huge pillar from under the table top and allowed me to view other life experiences very differently. That was a major breakthrough for me."— Carol G.
Edie Feffer is a health coach and EFT practitioner who spent two years inside one of the country's leading osteoporosis communities, coaching women through the lifestyle pillars of bone health — sleep, nutrition, movement, and stress management — and the inner work of creating a safe internal environment, because that's where healing actually begins.
Her EFT training includes a private three-year mentorship with a Progressive EFT Master and an ongoing Clinical EFT Certification through EFT Universe — the largest and most research-driven EFT certification program in the field. She brings eleven years of health coaching experience and four years of dedicated EFT practice to every session.
One thing she's seen over and over again is this: Women don't just need support knowing what to do. They also need support navigating the fear, pressure, uncertainty, and self-doubt that can come with an osteoporosis diagnosis.
Her approach is evidence-based, warm, and deeply personal. She meets you where you are and helps you build self-trust, emotional resilience, and a greater sense of safety so those feelings stop standing between you and the progress you're working so hard for.
This series is a first experience of that. And it's free.
The work that lets every other part of your protocol do its job. And the part most often skipped.
