You'll need to consult with your physician and plan administrator. If they recommend health coaching, you may request a Medical Letter of Necessity. I can provide a template upon request.
We'll talk about your goals, mindset, energy, and the transformation you're ready for. You'll leave with clarity, relief, and a path forward — no pressure, just honest guidance.
You'll have 28 weeks to use your 24 sessions, giving us a built-in 4-week buffer for vacation, illness, or anything unexpected. If you're on an extended trip, coaching will continue — because part of the transformation is breaking the habit of starting and stopping. You can find food freedom and live your life. That's why this time can be the last time.
My goal is to help you build a rotation of meals that work for you and your family. I'll want to understand your family's preferences so we can tailor meals that work for everyone. It's very common for clients to tell me their partner has lost weight or had their best doctor's visit yet — just from what's changed in the household through our coaching.
