  • We’ll talk about your goals, mindset, energy, and the transformation you’re ready for. You’ll leave with clarity, relief, and a path forward — no pressure, just honest guidance.

  • Be coachable. Be communicative.

    I provide structure, tools, and accountability — your role is to show up, experiment, and share what you’re experiencing so I can support you fully.

  • You’ll have 28 weeks to use your 24 sessions, giving us a built-in 4-week buffer for vacation, illness, or anything unexpected.

    If you’re going on an extended trip (like a sabbatical or summer in Europe), coaching will continue.

    Why? Because part of the transformation is breaking the habit of starting and stopping. You’ll come home with new results.
