Single Session (75 minutes)
A focused 75-minute one-time session for when you want support with one specific issue, question, or decision.
We’ll quickly organize what matters most right now and choose the most helpful approach: coaching, EFT, or a blend of both.
You’ll leave with reduced emotional overwhelm, clear next steps, and simple tools you can use immediately.
Best for: a tune-up, a single trigger, a stressful moment, or getting unstuck fast.
12 Sessions (60 minutes each)
A structured program combining practical coaching with deeper emotional support through EFT.
Across 12 sessions, we will build a plan you can follow and use coaching plus EFT to clear fear, stress, and mental noise disrupting your progress.
Sessions blend action-oriented coaching and EFT tailored to your needs.
Sessions can be booked weekly or bi-weekly.
Prefer coaching only? That’s absolutely fine — this program is flexible to focus solely on coaching if EFT isn’t your preference.
