Cancer Support

You don't have to
carry this
alone.

EFT for cancer survivors and caregivers — to help you process fear, find steadiness, and move through one of life's hardest seasons with more ease.

This isn't just
professional for me.
It's personal.

Both of my grandfathers passed from cancer. I watched what a diagnosis does — not just to the person living it, but to everyone who loves them. The fear. The uncertainty. The way life quietly reorganizes itself around the illness.

My dear friend Katie is a leukemia survivor. Watching her navigate treatment and everything that comes after it gave me a front-row seat to the emotional weight that rarely gets addressed in clinical care — the anxiety that doesn't stop when treatment ends, the grief that exists even when the outcome is good, the exhaustion that lives in the body long after the hardest days are over.

That experience is part of why I bring EFT into this work. Because the emotional side of cancer deserves real tools — not just time.

This is a space where both survivors and caregivers are seen, supported, and given something that actually helps.

Who This Is For

For survivors. For caregivers.
For anyone in between.

Whether you're in treatment, post-treatment, or supporting someone you love — this work meets you where you are.

Cancer Survivors

Currently in treatment or navigating life after. Fear of recurrence, anxiety around appointments, processing grief for the life you had before diagnosis, rebuilding trust in your body — all of this belongs here.

Caregivers

The people who show up every day — for appointments, for hard conversations, for the middle-of-the-night moments. Your fear, grief, and exhaustion matter just as much. This is support for you too.

Post-Treatment

Treatment ending doesn't mean the emotional journey ends. Many survivors find the hardest part comes after — when the structure disappears and the feelings rush in. This is a place to process that.

Anticipatory Grief

If someone you love has received a serious diagnosis, the grief begins before any loss occurs. EFT is particularly effective at helping you stay present and functional while holding what feels impossible.

The things that are
hard to say out loud.
We address them here.

EFT has been studied in cancer populations, with research showing improvements in sleep quality, reductions in anxiety, and reduced anticipatory grief. See the research →
