You've tried pushing through. This is something different — working at the root of stress patterns, not just coping harder. EFT and health coaching, with a specialty in women's osteoporosis. Whatever health goal brought you here, the work underneath is the same: self-trust and a regulated nervous system.
Hi, I'm Edie Feffer. Most people assume I've always had it together.
I haven't.
From 12 to 30, I was surviving, not thriving, and food was my coping strategy. I looked fine on the outside while I was crumbling on the inside, cycling through emotional eating, anxiety, and the exhausting feeling of starting over again. I gained 30 pounds trying to cope with what I didn't know how to feel.
My turning point wasn't more discipline. It was learning how to do the emotional work: how to regulate my nervous system, shift stress patterns at the root, and reconnect emotional health to physical health.
Now I'm a Certified Health Coach focused on stress and wellness, and a trauma-informed EFT practitioner. I help clients bridge that same connection: what you feel and what your body does with it.
A client once told me: "You look like you've never struggled." That's exactly why I share my story: because the real work often happens where nobody can see it.
You're capable and self-aware — and still stuck in the same loops. You don't need to relate to all of these. If even one hits home, we should talk.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a structured, evidence-informed mind-body approach that combines light tapping on acupressure points with focused phrases to regulate the nervous system and shift stuck emotional patterns.
It's not therapy. It's not positive thinking. It's a practical tool you can use in the moment — during a stressful day, a health scare, or a craving spiral.
We calm the stress response so your brain can think and your body can shift. You can't build new patterns from a flooded nervous system.
Identify the emotional triggers driving your symptoms, habits, and stuck points. Most people have never had these named — that alone creates relief.
Clear actions, tools you can use between sessions, and support that holds under real-life pressure — not just when things are calm.
